Freedom Lacrosse Program

Coaches, 

Thanks for volunteering your time over the next few months to make sure all our players have a great season.   

For 2024 the requirements to coach are as follows:

1.  Up to date US Lacrosse Coaches Membership and valid throughout the season. 

https://www.uslacrosse.org/ - Need Valid US LACROSSE # to complete registration.  Do not continue if you don't yet have a membership#. 

2. Complete Level 1 Certification via US Lacrosse – Level 1 certification can be completed ONLINE here.  You will get reimbursed 100%.  Send confirmation of completion to:  flp.patriots@gmail.com.

 3.  FARC Background Check

4.  Completion of Concussion Training on the CDC website

Failure to complete before the season (March 15, 2024) means you won't be able to coach.   

Each team will receive 3 coaches T's and Freedom will be reimbursed 50% of your US Lacrosse Registration at the end of the Season.
